1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain products (such as opened ink cartridges, customized items, or clearance products) may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.
