Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
